- WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN?
Check in time is from 13.00.
- WHAT IS THE RATE FOR CHILDREN?
Babies can stay for free. Cots are always available upon request and availability.
Children up to 5 years old are free if they are sharing the beds in the booked rooms.
For older children more than 5 years old, a booking for an extra bed is required.
- WHAT TIME IS CHECK OUT?
The time limit to leave the room is 12.00 noon.
- HOW MANY FLOORS DOES THE BUILDING HAVE? IS THERE A LIFT?
The building has ground floor and three floors and of course, a lift.
- DOES THE HOTEL ALLOW PETS?
No. Only guide dogs are permitted.
- CAN I LEAVE THE ROOM LATER THAN 12.00?
You should always speak to reception and depending on availability of the bedrooms, we may be able to offer extra hours at a reduce rate.
- CAN I CHOSE A ROOM WITH A DOUBLE BED?
Most of our standard bedrooms have two beds, so we cannot ensure the availability of a double bed. However, please do not hesitate to indicate that you require a double bed and will do the best we can to assist you.
If it is essential for a double bed, we suggest that you book one of our superior category bedrooms, as these all have extra large double beds in bright and spacious surroundings with balconies overlooking the streets. These bedrooms are not suitable for children or babies.
- CAN I LEAVE MY LUGGAGE AT THE HOTEL AFTER CHECK OUT?
Of course, you can continue your visit and pick it up at anytime.
- CAN I ARRIVE AND PARK OUTSIDE THE HOTEL DOOR TO UNLOAD MY LUGGAGE?
Yes. We have a loading and unloading area outside the main hotel entrance, where you can leave your car to unload your luggage and we will explain where you can park your car.
- AND IF I ARRIVE BEFORE THIS TIME?
If you arrive before this time and your bedroom is ready, there is no problem. If the bedroom is not ready, you may leave your luggage in the designated area until the bedroom is available.
- ARRIVING LATE? DOES THE HOTEL CLOSE OR IS IT OPEN 24 HOURS?
Although the hotel never truly closes, we would appreciate it if you could advise us if you are arriving later than 24.00 as around this time we close the main hotel entrance for security reasons. There is a bell to announce your arrival.
Payment and Cancellations
- WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED TO PAY FOR MY ROOM?
You can use cash or card on departure to settle the bill. The card does not have to be in the same name that the reservation was made.
- FINALLY, IF I CANNOT GO, CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
It just depends on the type of reservation you have chosen.
If you have chosen the NON-REFUNDABLE RATE, you have the advantage that you have purchased a cheaper booking rate. You will be charged the total amount of this booking. This rate does not permit cancellations or any kind of changes at the time of booking or any refunds.
Instead if you choose a CANCELABLE RATE, although you have given your card number as guarantee, you will not pay anything until the day of departure and you can cancel the room free of charge as long as you do so within the time limit. The cancel fee occurs the day before your check in date, for example if your check in date is on the 10th of January, you can cancel for free before 23:59 on the 8th of January.
If you do not inform us within the time limit or simply do not show up, your reservation will be cancelled automatically and you will be charged 100% of the total reservation.
